Elevating the Leadership Strategies Workshops

Problem:
When the Leadership Strategies Workshops first launched, the content was excellent—but after observing signups and user feedback, it became clear the delivery needed refinement. The original landing page wasn’t quite resonating with cold leads.

The Reset Process:

  1. Strategic Pause:
Kim Vella did what all great leaders should—she paused to reflect, asked what could be better, and brought in Rachel (copywriter) and me to audit and reset the page.
  2. Restructuring the Experience:
I started by planning a revised UX flow tailored to people encountering the program for the first time. That meant:
    • Leading with clarity and outcomes
    • Introducing strong calls to action
    • Making key information easy to scan (see the full [page plan] for the structure we used)
  3. New Copy, Same Integrity:
Rachel reworked the messaging to match the revised flow—keeping it direct, emotionally resonant, and designed for conversion. She included persuasive copywriting techniques while staying grounded in the integrity of the program.
  4. Design That Supports Strategy:
I brought the new copy to life visually, using curated photography and custom graphics to enhance messaging clarity and reduce cognitive load.

Results:
The redesigned page now performs much better, bringing in quality leads and increasing sign-ups. The balance of design and messaging is helping visitors quickly understand the value and make decisions faster.

Key Takeaway:
Good design solves communication problems. A strategic reset like this isn’t a failure—it’s a sign of leadership. Big kudos to Kim for her openness to feedback and commitment to excellence.

Client feedback:
“Thank you for everything you have brought to and put into the LSS reset! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and as always you delivered above and beyond! What a wonderful user friendly design we have. It’s a testament to the power of your creativity, UX design expertise and wonderfulness as a human!”
